• 1 handful Asparagus Spears (about 6-8 depending on size)
• 1-2 Slices Organic Turkey Bacon (Depending on appetite)
• 1 wedge lemon
• 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay asparagus on your cutting board and sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap up Asparagus Spears tightly with Turkey bacon. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lemon & a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Optional top with Avocado.
Feeling extra hungry? I suggest cutting a small sweet potato in half, rub with a bit of avocado oil and place face down on the baking sheet to roast alongside your asparagus bundles for a tasty and filling side dish.
