Ingredients:
โข 1 handful Asparagus Spears (about 6-8 depending on size)
โข 1-2 Slices Organic Turkey Bacon (Depending on appetite)
โข 1 wedge lemon
โข 1 pinch Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay asparagus on your cutting board and sprinkle it with salt and pepper to taste. Wrap up Asparagus Spears tightly with Turkey bacon. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes. Serve with a wedge of lemon & a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil. Optional top with Avocado.
Feeling extra hungry? I suggest cutting a small sweet potato in half, rub with a bit of avocado oil and place face down on the baking sheet to roast alongside your asparagus bundles for a tasty and filling side dish.
