Dear Valued Patient,
We hope you and your loved ones are healthy and safe. Together, we’re entering unchartered territory that requires every one of us to be vigilant and informed while maintaining positivity and compassion.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult to avoid the news media’s 24/7 cycle of fear and panic—notably, the doom-and-gloom predictions that indicate 160 to 214 million Americans could be infected, with 200,000 to 1.7 million passing away. We believe these are worst-case scenarios and don’t accurately represent reality.1
At Next Advanced Medicine, we know it’s essential to prepare for the worst while continuing to hope for the best. Medical experts are correct when they advise us to wash our hands and practice social distancing. However, nobody is talking about the obvious: it’s the soil (your immune system) and not the seed (COVID-19). In other words, the strength of your immune system is what matters most right now.
Even if you are in a high-risk group, we don’t share the fatalistic outlook. Instead, we encourage you to fortify your immune system by following these essential tips:
- Stay away from refined sugars.
- Limit your “starchy carb” intake.
- Eat good fats and stay away from unhealthy snacks.
- Stay hydrated by drinking only water.
- Get good sleep.
- Reduce panic and stress (for example, don’t binge on news media).
- Get mild to moderate exercise.
- Start a habit of prayer or meditation.
Most importantly, you need to provide your body and immune system with the building blocks it needs to mount an adequate response. We have put together a research-based nutritional protocol to support your body’s response to viruses. This is the system our families are on, as well as Next Advanced Medicine patients.
This four-part immune-supportive/antiviral strategy is designed to achieve the following:
- Inhibit viral acquisition
- Inhibit viral replication
- Cell system support
We want to help you and your family enjoy the benefits of this immune-supportive and antiviral protocol. To get started, please respond to this email or call our office at 949-786-5050.
Are you a former patient of Next Advanced Medicine who would like to start a Maintenance Program to maintain and build upon your health? If so, we’d love to see you again. Please call our front desk today at 949-786-5050.
As a primary medical service, we are permitted and prepared to continue serving our patients in every way possible through this challenging time. To respect the needs of all patients—and follow state and federal guidelines—we are offering a variety of ways for you to connect with your doctor.
To minimize risk, we are encouraging phone and video appointments for most patients. However, we will remain open for individuals who need to visit their doctor in person or pick up supplements or tests. We are also happy to ship supplements for a small fee.
If you are experiencing any symptoms, or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19, we ask that you contact your local hospital for instructions.
Your’s in health,
Next Advanced Medicine

P.S.—Now is the time to double-down on your resolve to improve and reverse your chronic health condition. In times of stress, it’s common for us to turn away from productive health practices. You can do this. Stay focused!
