MEET DR. WAYNE GREATHOUSE, DC:

After obtaining degrees in both biochemistry and physiology as well as a doctorate in chiropractic medicine, Dr. Wayne Greathouse, DC realized that traditional medicine worked more like a business focused on disease and dying rather than care and healing. Dr. Greathouse has co-authored two books with Dr. Hall.

After he was diagnosed with early-onset Parkinson’s, Dr. Greathouse turned to functional medicine for treatment and went into full remission.

Dr. Greathouse’s personal and professional experiences as both practitioner and patient have led him to believe empathy and compassion are two significant elements that are crucial to care.

Dr. Greathouse believes in the power of identifying the root cause of disease and supporting the body’s innate ability to heal. He has a deep empathy for his patients because of his past, and he strives to provide care that reflects his compassion and commitment.

Hope Through Customized Care

Ketogenesis: Fuel the body with ketones, produced from healthy fats, rather than glucose, by shifting to a healthy fat, low sugar and refined carbohydrate diet.

Sleep: Insomnia and other sleep problems are associated with cognitive decline. The brain rebuilds and heals during sleep, while some supplements recommended by a healthcare provider may help.

Intermittent Fasting: A trained healthcare provider can help you accomplish this using a mild approach, which can help train your brain to use ketones as a primary fuel source.

Brain Stimulation Exercises: Although not a specific set of exercises, cognitive exercises can be beneficial, according to research, and be used to measure progress.

No cookie-cutter approach is going to address your unique needs. Traditional pharmacological agents have failed to provide patients with real benefits. Every person is unique, and with a little time, a customized treatment approach is worthwhile and can have remarkable success.

Our approach can help you learn about your unique condition and how these treatment pillars may give you hope:
